I believe that people are infinitely creative and just need the right space and environment to be their own best resource. I don't cerate dependents in my coaching; I empower people to take their own steps, develop self-belief and to know how to maintain momentum without me. 

Leadership Development

Development practices evolved over a 20 year in-house career covering financial services, retail, logistics, engineering and more. 

The best leadership development equips leaders to make a different kind of impact with their people and the businesses they work for. I use a version of leadership value chain in my development interventions to link through from leadership inputs to organisational outcomes.

In leadership development one of the most under-utilised resources are the brilliant people who attend the programmes. What an error, to make so little use of the brains and experiences already in the room.  My leadership programmes are a full collaboration. I expect to learn from my attendees as much as they learn from each other and me. Being acknowledged for what you already bring is, in my experience, one of the best ways to open the doors to look at being even better.
